The Diplomatic Informer Magazine wishes to congratulate the Government and the people of Cyprus on the occasion of the anniversary of independence day and wish Cyprus continued peace, unity and prosperity.
The Independence Day of Cyprus is a national holiday observed by The Republic of Cyprus on 1 October every year.
The day celebrates the independence of Cyprus from British rule on 16 August 1960, which was guaranteed by Greece, Turkey and the United Kingdom in The London and Zürich Agreements.
