The Brazilian Government issued Ordinance 658 of 5 October 2021 under which:
– ALL restrictions against travelers from South Africa, India, the UK and Northern Ireland, entering Brazil by air have been removed.
– There is no longer a requirement for quarantine on arrival in Brazil.
– All foreigners, on any passport, legally authorized to enter Brazil may do so with subject to the presentation of an antigen test taken 24-hours before departure or a negative PCR test taken 72-hours before departure.
– presentation to the airline responsible for the flight, before boarding, of proof, printed or electronically, of the completion of the Traveler’s Health Declaration – DSV, no later than twenty-four hours in advance of boarding to the Federative Republic of Brazil
There are some restrictions still in place for all foreigners traveling by land into Brazil.
