Safely operates a USG-owned or leased motor vehicle in a safe, efficient manner for the official transportation of passengers and/or cargo in the vehicle.
➡️Administrative Assistant
Provides all office administrative functions such as reception services, maintaining files and supplies. The incumbent manages the cell phone, iPad, laptop and other mobile devices program, issuing of devices and maintaining the Information Technology hardware inventory.
➡️Cashier
Responsible for the full range of cashiering duties in support of the Consulate’s needs, including management of US Dollar and Rand accountabilities.
➡️Administrative Clerk
Furnishes a wide range of administrative duties. These activities may include, but not limited to, financial, procurement and supplies, computer network, shipping and travel, personnel, and other duties as assigned.
➡️Accounting Technician
The incumbent maintains, reviews, and balances allotment accounting records, maintaining current status of funds, generating required reports as well as forecasting quarterly obligations for recurring expenses.
